Our Commitment

We stand behind the integrity and care that goes into every Gnapse product. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right—with fairness and transparency.


Returns & Refunds

Eligibility Window:
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and unused, in original packaging.

  • Opened items are not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect.

  • Items purchased under final sale or promotional discounts may not be eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping:

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.

Initiating a Return:
Email us at returns@gnapse.com with the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

  • If we approve a refund on an opened product (in rare, defective cases), a restocking fee of 10–15% may apply.


International Orders

  • Return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are non-refundable, and refunds may be adjusted accordingly.

  • International returns must be received within 30 days of delivery to qualify.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment with no fee.

  • If cancellation occurs after fulfillment, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover packing and handling costs.


Subscription Orders

  • Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time.

  • Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been processed.

  • To avoid being charged, please pause or cancel before your next billing date.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements (unless defective)

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or digital items

  • Products returned without RMA authorization


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll issue a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping if applicable.


Why This Matters

Our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum potency and purity. To maintain quality standards and safety (especially for consumables), we are only able to accept returns on unopened items unless otherwise noted.
