I was a bit hesitant at first but I was completely shocked after consistent use of it. I felt more emotionally open, more connected to my partner, and most of all experienced a calming feeling in zen that reduced my anxiety immensely. I couldn’t recommend this product more!

Before “Kanna Feels” I had never heard of nor tried Kanna. Most supplements you don’t really feel much from you just trust the research and long term benefits. Different animal altogether here with Kanna, in that you’ll feel it right away. It’s a real nice mood boost which lasts for a couple hours. Makes you feel real centered, grounded, happy, and connected. I’ve also noticed a sort of joyful resilience, in that any little worldly problems just aren’t bothersome. In other words, I feel a shift from the head into the heart. Lastly, there seems to be a cumulative effect where after a few weeks of taking daily I still feel great even without taking it (I took a week off to see how I would feel). My plan moving forward is to take it intuitively…maybe every day for a few days, or every other day, etc to play around with it for optimal benefit.

I learned of the health benefits of cacao many years ago, but until recently didn’t know how important the quality was. I thought I had it right buying organic on Amazon, but this “ceremonial grade” is on another level! The taste is so much richer and delicious, and I never really felt much from other brands, whereas with Alma Cacao it’s a noticeable energy/mood boost. Cacao used to be just another of my many supplements, but it is now my favorite supplement!

I'm a two-cup coffee person—always have been. Coffee is very science-backed, which, as a scientist, always has my double vote of confidence. So when this product manifested itself in my life, it had a hell of a competition with past patterns and research.

Four months later.

It's replaced my morning coffee.

It's become a slow, naturally caffeinated, delicious start to my day.

I sprinkle a little salt on my tongue before drinking and throw some coconut milk inside.

Knowing what I know about the brain and certain chemicals, the polyphenol profile on cacao is fantastic.
CacaoVER "What about the mold?"... Cacao is known as cacao, and I've stopped many cacao products because they've made me stuffy and mentally slow.

This product hasn't done that, nor has it stopped my progress for morning time fasting.
