Order Processing

All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our fulfillment center within 2–4 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, product restocks, or promotional events.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or similar

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (after processing)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout or free for orders over a threshold (e.g., $75+ if you choose to implement this)

Expedited Shipping

  • Carrier: USPS Priority, UPS 2-Day, etc.

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (after processing)

  • Cost: Displayed at checkout based on location and weight

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at returns@gnapse.com.

International Shipping Details

  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

  • Carriers: USPS International, DHL, or other regional providers

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Duties & Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance.


Order Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  • If still not located, email returns@gnapse.com with your order number and shipping address. We’ll do our best to assist you, but please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

For damaged items, incorrect orders, or other fulfillment issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee rerouting of packages after shipment, and orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for free replacements or refunds.
